Anike Foundation CO Training Series
The Anike Foundation CO Training Series is a four-part onboarding and capacity-building program originally developed for Anike Foundation’s Constituent Organizations (COs) across Africa. The series introduces our partner organizations, explains Anike Foundation’s approach to partnership, and provides practical guidance on nonprofit leadership, grant writing, and project management.
Although designed for Anike COs, these videos also offer valuable lessons for leaders and teams of other nonprofit organizations and NGOs seeking to strengthen their organizations, build effective partnerships, and improve their ability to secure and manage grant funding
